The Panasonic Dect 6.0 Cordless Telephone with Answering Machine Model KX-TG1033s is an outstanding phone. The sound clarity is great and the answering machine also has very good sound. Wonderful for the money spent.

received these phones about 3 weeks ago and already have had problems with them. they do not hold a charge as stated they barely hold a charge as long as a regular cordless phone and by no means for 17 hours of talk time, maybe 2. the reception on one of the phones is marred by a constant buzz in the background making it barely able to use. when i go to the panasonic website to troubleshoot there is nowhere to troubleshoot as stated in the handbook. so you are left calling panasonic. so good luck with yours.

This is the first time that I have owned a cordless phone from Panasonic. This set is by far the best that I have owned. The phones are interference free and have outstanding clarity.These phones do not interfer with my wireless network which was the main reason that I choose the Panasonic Dect 6.0

After reading all the great reviews of this phone I decided to go ahead and get one myself. So far I'm extremely pleased with the purchase. It was very easy to setup, call clarity and battery life are both excellent. Some have mentioned the menu's being a bit complicated but I guess since I work with computers I'm used to this kind of thing. I had little problems navigating them without the manual.
One nice feature was the ability to replicate the phonebook to all the handhelds. I really didn't want to have to enter the numbers 3 different times so it was cool to see they included the option.

Clarity is very good; however, I could go much further with my 5.8 than I can with this. With this I am limited to about 50 feet from the base and that's not far at all.
