The DataLabsUSA DL-424-832-4 Combo comes with two units that work together... The PBX 424-832 PBX and Voice Mail System EVM-8x is Vonage and regular Telephone line compatible and does not use proprietary phones. Use any analog touch tone phones including fax machines and cordless phones. The PBX can be expanded to 8 incoming lines and 32 extensions. The Voice Mail / Auto Attendant system is full featured and answers up to 4 calls simultaneously. Rj-11 standard phone jacks make it an easy install for the "Do it your selfer"! Transfer calls to internal and external extensions. (External transfers requires 3 way calling transfer service on the lines -- standard with Vonage service). Place calls on hold for up to 4 minutes and the caller will hear the built in melody or use our optional DP-2000 External Digital Music On Hold Player. The Voice Mail / Auto Attendant System has up to 511 mail boxes, up to 25 hour message time, and up to 170 audiotex menus. Audiotex allows you to inform the caller with messages such as "Press 1 for sales, 2 for Service, 3 for Support, etc. This menu system can allow callers to dial single digits in up to 4 levels and makes your business sound like a Fortune 500 Company.
