I chose these phones because of the good experience we've had with our Uniden PowerMax 5.8 GHz phones. I had no idea there could be such a difference in quality between products from the same company. The PowerMax phones are excellent products. In contrast, the DXI8560 is absolutely terrible. The sound quality was very poor. Calls sounded fuzzy on my end, and were both fuzzy and faint to the person on the other end of the conversation. The sound would become fuzzier and fuzzier until the call finally disconnected. This happened several times. We finally decided to toss these and just purchase extra handsets for our Uniden PowerMax phones - a decision we are very happy with.

I won't go bother going into the features of this phone due to the fact that the poor quaility make this an unacceptable choice, no matter what the features.

Bottom line: Don't waste your money or time.
