We did a conference call with 12 people sitting along a rectangle table and this in the middle, the people at the other end could not hear anyone on my side if they were more than 6' away from this phone. I actually had to have people get up and change chairs in order to talk to the person on the other end.
The range on this phone is supposed to be three times what we were able to get, and that was with males that have good voice projection, not whispering kids, if anyone is wondering if it was a fair trial.
Definitely would not recommend it to anyone who's meeting table is longer than 8'!

Polycom is the Cadillac of conference phones, and the VoiceStation 300 model in no exception. Perfect for small- or home-office environments. Best in class; worth every penny.
