Poor battery life. Company doesn't care. October 21, 2008 William S. Beller (Boynton Beach, Florida United States) A few hours off the cradle, and without use, the battery runs down. Not even a warning signal. Charger problems, too. E-mailed the company, never got an answer. Look elsewhere!
Nice phone, poor battery makes it useless September 28, 2008 Juan Martinez I bought the phone in March 2008. Now it is September 2008 and the battery is just dead. 4 hours out of the dock and it dies (with no use) 40 minutes talk time max 20 minutes speaker phone max This is just to little out of a new phone. It makes it just useless. Why should I get a new battery after 6 months of use? This is a bad product. Designed to hook you in and die after little use. DO NOT BUY!! Will not buy vtech again.
Awful battery life September 21, 2008 A. Besidski (Brooklyn, NY United States) After 8 months of use battery doesn't last more than 40 minutes on a full day charge. Save your money and buy something else.
HORRIBLE BATTERY ISSUES!! September 7, 2008 jjpsunshine (Tampa, FL, USA) I have to agree with the other reviewers here. I love the phone itself. It's a great phone, great features, looks cool but don't try actaully having a conversation on it. You can complete one call and then it will die and I am a person who keeps the phone on the charger when not in use (which shouldn't be a requirement for a cordless phone hence the reason it's cordless) but even with that if the call is too long the phone will die. The only problem is that I no longer have the receipt and I just plain like the looks of the phone so I'm heading to RadioShack in hopes that a replacement battery will do the trick. Don't buy this phone though unless you are ok with having to get replacement batteries.
Short battery life! August 16, 2008 A. K. (Loudoun, VA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this phone sometime in October or November of 2007 because it was cool looking & I needed a new phone. I have had issues with the battery since January. The charge doesnt last more then 4.5 hours. Dont buy this phone unless you want to deal with replacing it or the batteries within 2 months!
