Mac a disaster October 25, 2008

I got this product specifically because it was advertised to work well with a Mac. NOT! First of all, the standard manual does not even include the word Mac. You have to use the advanced manual which can only be downloaded from on-line Next problem is that the CD does not contain the Mac drivers. Oops. Have to get them from customer support.
And then? Doesn't work. Apparently the software drivers do not work on the latest Mac OS. The one that has been shipping for the past year. This company does not deserve anyone's business.

If you buy this make sure you get the PLUS. If not, everything is totally a la cart. You get a wire to connect to the USB on your computer, but if you want to plug the damn thing into the wall you need to buy an AC adapter. Once you get that you will notice with horror that it won't plug into your wall you then have to buy something that connects the adapter to a regular US AC outlet. Very frustrating! I spent so damn much and had so little to show for it.
That said, the sound is OK....not worth as much as it costs
