 Two different machines-same poor results August 8, 2008

I bought one of these and the first item I placed in it got stuck and never came out. I thought it was a faulty machine, so I exchanged it and tried again. Same result! Two items lost to this machine.

This is the perfect product for any business, small or large. I'm able to laminate signs, photos, documents, and IDs with no problem except one incident where a small item got jammed, so be sure to laminate small items with caution. There's no adjustable temperature control, a minor demerit.
