I used this laminator just a few times and the rollers stopped feeding the pages through. In theory it has great features, but if you can't use them they're pointless.

Unfortunately, the first laminator I received from amazon was faulty. I turned it on to heat up and within 5 minutes it started smoking and the top was getting soft to the touch. I emailed Amazon and they shipped me a new one the very next day so I must commend Amazon for the great service. The new one I received works great. I have only used it a few times so far, but I have had no problems with bent corners or anything else. All the documents come out very smooth and well sealed. I am very happy with the performance of this laminator.

I like the way this laminator eases copies through, and gives a nice smooth appearance. I was surprised that a carrier was not necessary. I am anxious to learn about using foil on projects. As an added plus by calling the company directly helped to answer my questions. They were helpful, courteous and gave excellent customer service.

As homeschoolers, we were in search for a laminator that could help us preserve the various documents we woul be using year in and year out. The QuikFinish PLH4100 10" Laminator has done an exceptional job. Easy to use, as my wife had it out of the box and using it within minutes.

I made the mistake of ordering one of these. I took it out of the box and laminated one page that came out with a bent corner. Luckily, it wasn't an important document or anything, so I printed another page and tried to laminate it. The machine would not feed at all. I called the manufacturer who stated I would need to mail it in at my expense and they would take a week or two to fix it. So, I exchanged it instead on Amazon and got a new one. It worked for about three weeks (still often have problems with corners being bent) and then it got stuck with a page half way through. Needless to say, don't waste your time and money getting aggravated with this machine. It's too late for me to return this to Amazon, so I'm basically throwing this away and buying a real laminating machine.
