The Sony HCSW80 ChromaVue home theater screen is the ideal partner to a high-definition video projector (such as the Sony VPL-HS51). Featuring an 80-inch screen and weighing 17 pounds, the HCSW80 offers a larger screen capability than most fixed-pixel or micro-display technologies. The screen also has a 16:9 aspect ratio, which, combined with the large screen size and black screen technology, provides the ultimate home theater experience. With a peak gain of 1.7, the screen creates a bright image, resulting from a special multi-layer technology that provides image contrast more than five times better than conventional white screens in the presence of surrounding light. This technology reflects the light from the projector while rejecting ambient lighting. Excess outside brightness washing out the image will be limited, helping to maintain the original rich, bright projected scenes with outstanding black levels. Special Note
