A Must For IPod Users October 2, 2008 Nick Rector I've bought two of these, and the price is so great I may buy more. I was using the 30 gig ipod video unit and upgraded to the 160 unit. Which have nice battery life at first but the more you use them the faster the battery dies. Was looking for something to charge other than through my computer or car and found these. I bought two. Use one at work to listen the ipod and have it stay fully charged all day, and one in my suite case for travel and to also have around the house. I have since lost the work one but am looking for it. Though these are so cheap and work so great that may buy one or two more. They come in very handy, especially if you aren't around a computer, or near a high priced device that plays the ipod and charges it.
Poor quality and DANGEROUS October 1, 2008 David M. Johnston (West Point, NY USA) This product was great at first, it worked despite the bad reviews I had read and was worth the money. After a few weeks, the charger started making a clicking sound as it was charging, and the red light on it would blink, all at random intervals. I didn't think much of it at first, then it stopped working all together. Being an electronically minded fellow, I opened it up, only to discover that a wire attached from the circuit board to the outlet prong was disconnected. Thus, the clicking sound was 120V AC 60Hz arcing across inside the charger. This thing is not worth the danger or risk of not working. In the long run, a more expensive style will be much better.
Stay Away!!! July 21, 2008 SUNY at Buffalo boy! (New York, NY USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I saw the bad reviews and decided to order and take my chances. Shipping was 300% more than the price of the product. Right out of the box it does not work. Don't buy this. I'm not even going through the hassle of returning it. It's going to the trash.
I feel mislead!!! July 12, 2008 Susie M. (EASTPOINTE, MI USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
After waiting for over a week to get this, I find out it's for an iPod that's not even made any more! I guess you get what you pay for .. not worth shipping to send it back but I am still disappointed! My "bargain of the century" turned out to be a burn!
Kill my ipodtouch connector June 9, 2008 Rafael Giusti 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This item cause damage in my ipodtouch dock conector. I think the size of the connector is bigger than the ipodtouch slot.
