Operating on the 5.8 GHz spectrum, the phone features better range, clarity, and security than 2.4 GHz phones. With the handset's Bluetooth technology, you can connect to Bluetooth cell phones--and make and receive cell phone calls. Phonebook entries and caller ID show clearly on the phone's high-resolution 64K color display. The LS5105 has enough memory to store 100 names and numbers in the phonebook directory. The handset features a Speakerphone for hands-free conversations. It is capable of polyphonic music ringtones, and for the utmost personalization can even record ringtones from your PC, MP3 player, or stereo equipment. You can intercom between multiple handsets and also transfer calls between them. The keypad and display are both backlit.

I love the phone and its simple functions with contemporary design...wallpaper animations include fireworks, lightning storm, windsurfer and a couple more...real cool...
I'm a gadget guy who tends to have the latest stuff, 13 year old son says it's 'tight' so you know it's cool in his eyes...
Purchased the base unit and 1 extra handset, just ordered 3 more handsets...very high quality...as my buddy says, "Pay the Man"

Wonderful phone. When I come home, my bluetooth-capable cellphone automatically rings on my VTech home units without any action on my part. Plus, talking on a VTech handset while your cellphone stays immobile means that cell phone calls from home are far more stable and free of interference. I used to have to run all over the house looking for my ringing cellphone - no longer. It now rings with a distinctive ring and I can answer it on any of my four Vtech units while my cellphone stays put charging up in the home office.

This item works as advertised. It linked up to the base unit. Battery life is a little short but basically it does everything it is supposed to do.

i bought quite a few of these phones and put them all over my house. they work great, super clear sound ect. love them!!! easy to use too. definitly worth buying at best buy with the replacement plan since they are expensive. i bought one off of amazon because i bought all the stock best buy had and needed one more.

I love this phone. Home cell phone. Very good and useful features. Also its very nice looking. Every features very simple to install you don't even need to read the instruction. I highly recommend this phone.
