I received this item a few days ago and I have laminated 60 pagies of a book already without any problem. When I received it though, the cleaning sheet and the warranty card were missing. I called fellowes and they told me that I could use one side of a manila folder for the cleaning sheet, and it works fine. Amazon was very good about it as usual because they were willing to replace it. It's just that I needed it like yesterday for my school project and could not return it for a replacement. I still don't have a warranty card but it works perfectly right now, so I am hoping that it will last a loooooooog time. I would say if you need a laminator that works well and have a decent price go for this. It worked right out of the box and I didn't have to adjust anthing. I am very excited about my purchase.
