Has static and bad hum on line to the person calling me. This company usually has good head sets as I retired from a being a rep in a business office for the telephone company and usually this company has the best headsets. However, this head set is not any good - I won't buy this product again

This replacement headset arrived quickly. It's a replacement for one that had a volume problem (even at high volume, friends complained of difficulty hearing me) and so far, so good. There's no volume problem with this one.

This headset has proved to be comfortable for hours of continuous wear. It fits well and the padded earpiece sits well on the ear. The sound quality is very good in comparison to many I've had before, and I am pleased enough with it's performance to order a replacement. Why? Because the one drawback is the cord, it will withstand normal use, however, in the hands of a seven year old with a delight in swinging things around, it will not hold up!
You can't go wrong with Plantronics.
