This seemed to be just what I needed. However, when it arrived, it came with very minimal instructions. Although it had a lithium battery, it could only be replaced at a Canon Service Center. When I tried to get an online manual, was informed there was none. When I phoned for tech support, the person answering could not help me. What kind of service is this from Canon?
