The UC1700E has a built-in high-resolution camera and you can preset recording to be either continuous or motion detection modes. It can record as slow as 1 frame every 10 seconds or as fast as 30 frames per second @320x240. Also contributing to the portability of this device is the ability for it to operate on four AA batteries (not included) or with the included AC adapter. With an RCA video output, this device can easily connect to a TV, VCR, computer or DVR for viewing and recording.
