the leather pouch is very nice to keep the Magallan roadmate safe. It is a good fit, not too big. This is the best thing to protect the gadget.

This leather case is luxurious and beautiful. It is a perfect fit for my Magellan Maestro 3140! After investing in the GPS, it is worth it to get this high quality, leather case to protect it! LOVE IT!
Great Pouch for the Magellan Crossover January 7, 2008

The leather pouch is by far the best I've seen specifically for the Magellan Crossover. The only problem is that the grips on the magellan crossover has to be removed so that the Crossover can fit. This makes the pouch less for the crossover outdoor use and more for just storage within your car or boat.

IMHO if you put the money into a portable GPS, then spend a bit for a case. This case WILL fit the Magellan Maestro 3140 and it's easy to get in/out.
I like the closing of the case as it snaps tightly closed each and every time! The sides are an elastic.

Nice case, firm case covered with nice soft leather, nick slick magnetic closure.
Although we have a 3100, and the case name only mentions 2000/2200T, this is the case recommended by Magellan, and it fits it like a glove.
The only thing we might have changed would be the addition of some sort of handle or clip.
