Product Description The Pocket GPS Navigator is the ultimate navigation solution for Windows Mobile Based Devices like Pocket PC's or Pocket PC Phones. The package features an award-winning convertible iGPS-500 receiver and Ostia Navigation and Routing software with detailed street-level maps, and a Bluetooth dock that wirelessly sends your accurate position information to your Bluetooth-enabled Pocket PC or Pocket PC Phone. The convertible iGPS-500 receiver is a small, slim, and highly sensitive GPS receiver, and can be upgraded to meet your multi-functional navigation needs. Ostia helps you locate your current position, find a destination or point of interest (POI) and get a route to your destination. Simply activate the GPS navigation program and begin traveling; the automated voice-prompts will tell you when and where to turn. If by chance you go "off route," Pocket GPS Navigator will reroute you to your destination from your current GPS position.

| Customer Reviews:
Hardware excellent, software so-so May 9, 2008 The GPS receiver works quite well and has a range far beyond the expected 10 meters. I have used it with my laptop (which was in the house running MS Streets & Trips) and taken the receiver outside to my back yard (about 60-70 feet through walls and such) and it still was connected to my laptop. The software is a little confusing and somewhat difficult to use. This is mainly because to make it fit on a handheld device they had to divide the maps in to little pieces, about one state each. It can only have three maps active at a time and you must change maps if you pass the edge. I haven't tried other products of this type but I do like this one.
Great bluetooth GPS April 25, 2008 I bought this GPS unit and had problems getting the bluetooth to work. I downloaded the software upgrade from Pharos along with a few updated maps and it then worked flawlessly. Quick start-up and great software. I am using it with a Dell Axim X51V and have had it for about one month with no problems. I would recommend this unit to anyone who has a compatiable PDA.
