 perfect for Toshiba brand laptops June 30, 2008

I recommend that everyone with a Toshiba laptop buy this as a spare. I keep this one in my laptop case and the original AC adapter at my desk. It really saves time if you transport your laptop and use your laptop often.

The adapter works just fine with our laptop. However, I needed it in a hurry and paid the $20 upcharge for 2 day exepited delivery. This was a waste of money because it took 5 days to arrive. I ordered it Wednesday around noon, expecting a Friday delivery. Instead, it was not delivered until Monday--about when it would have arrived anyway without the upcharge.
Their "Customer Service" is non-existent--no telephone number. I e-mailed a complaint about the delivery, got a "form"-type response. I e-mailed a further explanation about my unhappiness with the upcharge, which was never responded to.
Bottom line--product OK, "expedited" delivery is a waste of money, service is poor.
