The Presario V6700TX also has QuickPlay, which launches DVDs, music, and photos at the touch of a button. An optional remote, which stores in the ExpressCard slot, lets you control QuickPlay from up to 10 feet. You can transfer photos from your camera via the optional 5-in-1 digital media card reader, then edit, print, and manage. If you select the SuperMulti DVD RW/R drive, you'll be able to turn photos into movies, plus edit videos. Choose the LightScribe option on the DVD RW/R drive to laser-etch labels on CDs and DVDs. The HP xb3000 Notebook Expansion Base (sold separately) will connect your V6700TX to peripherals, including a monitor if you want a desktop PC experience. You get integrated 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet (RJ-45 connector), three USB 2.0 ports, an ExpressCard/54 slot, an RJ-11, an IEEE 1394 FireWire, an S-Video port, and consumer IR.
