I'm solid recommendation B & W 52mm UV (Ultra Violet) Haze Multi Coated Glass Filter #010 ! Outstanding quality,reasonable price! I'm using it with my new Canon 10x42 L Image Stabilization Waterproof Binoculars!

I brought the filter for my 50mm 1.4 nikkor for protection.
this UV filter improve color and contract.

These filters are well made. I have a few of them on a variety of lenses and they function perfectly. I notice no degradation of image.

filter ring print as "MADE IN GERMANY", not "gebildet in Deutschland". Not sure it was made in Germany, or, an OEM made in China?

Very well made German engineered lens. Don't settle for anything less than multi-coated, it helps with glare and doesn't distort colors. B & W is well known in professional photography.
