Works as advertised October 24, 2008 Jake2551 (Annandale, New Jersey United States) The switch is truly plug-and-play. No drivers to mess with. Currently using 6 of the 8 ports for my home office with very little heat coming off the switch. Would recommend it to others.
Netgear 8 Port Gigabit Switch July 31, 2008 M. Plaag (New Egypt, NJ) Easy to setup, works well. It does get a little warm so make sure you have it in a well ventilated area and don't stack it.
8 port gigabit switch July 16, 2008 Heinz Gf Matuschka (Colorado Springs, CO USA) NETGEAR GS608 8-Port Gigabit Desktop Switch Plugged in the Ethernet cables, plugged in the power and the unit was up and running. Like plugging in a toaster.

This product works well; however my main complaint is that its basically impossible to find out the default admin user/pass if you don't have the documentation (which I didn't b/c I bought mine used). :(
Great gigabit switch February 13, 2008 Lester L. Chitester (Northern Alabama) The title says it all - this is a great switch. Good price and it just plugs in and works! I couldn't ask for more.
