This is a terrible phone February 24, 2007 Kristina Trowbridge (Seattle, WA USA) I've had this phone replaced by VTech twice. The problem is that you can't hear on it for all the static. It works fine for about a month then the static starts. Before that the sound gets weaker and fainter each time you talk. My third phone also failed. I couldn't hang up! It's a terrible phone. I bought it because it has all the features I need. So what, if you can't hear. I want a refund!
Amazing Phone July 5, 2006 Mifa (New York) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have 3 of these in my house and I love them. I have a fax line setup up as one line and a phone line on the other. I can make calls from eather of the lines using the same headset. I found it to be an amazing product. Amazon comes through once again at a great bargain for a quality product.
Best Two Line Cordless on the Market September 6, 2005 Robin Waggoner (USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I have been using this particular handset for about a year and a half now and just bought another one. This is my third. I have a small chain of wireless cell phone stores and now have one in each store. The phone is great because it is durable and has a speaker phone (which is good for long hold times when calling customer care!) I have gone through numerous other phones and have found this one is the best for my needs.

You get what you pay for December 28, 2004 Winter (New York) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I have had this phone for about a year and a half. It's not a bad phone, works solidly, and you can't beat the price. Would I get it now? Definitely not. My issues with this phone: 1) Button response is slow (Can't press "on" and immediately dial a number, for instance). 2) No voice mail indicator. 3) No headset speakerphone. 4) Unit ships with NiCd battery, which dies faster than you can sneeze. I bought a NiMH battery from Staples and it's been fine ever since. 5) Looks aren't as nice as some other phones, it's also a bit larger and heavier than most. 6) Range could be better.
