This is a great multifunction calculator, but check the size before you order. I looked at the image and decided it was perhaps 3 - 4" wide, when it is actually 6" wide. Functions as perfectly as one would expect from a Casio product, but it seems about one-and-a-half scale...

I have need for a full size desktop calculator. Just a plain jane calculator that is, and don't prefer using printer accounting type of desktops. In the past, I have been buying cheap desktop calculators for under $5...and while they're OK, they lack the crispness of high quality button feel, clear displays, and overall feel. They also only last a year or two...so the economy is a false one.
This Casio Desktop is just what I wanted. It is large (as other reviewers have clearly stated)...but is a desktop calculator that requires no squinting to view the crisp display. Nice heft, good looks, dual power, and versatile. Hope it lasts forever!_

This is simply the best retail business calculator we have been able to find. All of us here at the office used to fight over the two we had (leaving the other calculators unused) but now we have purchased so many there are more calculators than us. You will not be disappointed with it's ease of use, durability, and reliability.

i was looking for a calculator for my desk that would be faster and easier to use than the calculator built into my computer. i've had great experiences with casio in the past, and the 12-digit display and two way power were certainly features that drew me to this particular model, so i ordered it. i received it today, which brings me to my four-star review. i opened the box and almost started laughing when i saw how big this thing is. it is truly a "desktop calculator", not a pocket calculator. after laughing about it (and showing it to my coworkers who also laughed at the size), i've decided to keep it. i just figured other people buying this should know what they're getting into. it's about 6" x 8" for reference.

This is a great calulator if you are tired of those "adding machine" type desktop calulators. It does have some additional features that are not mentioned on the included documents. Just copy the back of tha package where the additional features are adequately documented. Not sure why were not included on the instruction sheet. Still a really nice calc!
