It left Phoenix and LA, and arrived in Bangkok and then Chiang Mai in just about three days. This video is my very first, straight out of the box, created with the software provided with this tiny little HD camera. Needless to say, I am impressed!

I really wanted to like this camera, but after the screen started malfunctioning on me after two months, I am horribly disappointed. The worst part of all this? Over a whole month of emailing and calling Customer Service to get them to send me a replacement. After all this time, I got someone at linksys wanting a copy of my receipt from amazon. This is the worst customer service ever. I will never buy another Flip product again.

The Flip Camera is a great buy. My only gripe is that it was bumped while plugged in the second day I had it and the USB cracked. It still works, but we had to bend it back into place. I called to see how/where I could get it repaired and I was told that the USB can not be repaired, I'd have to buy a connector chord if it didn't work. That stinks. Nevertheless we got it to work, and the camera quality is great and easy to use.
