The Dora DVD player was an excellent price, nice looking,and good for children 3 to 10 years old. The process to receive a proper working one on the other hand, was to long and time consuming. The player was packaged well, included all parts and a manual, but did not work. It has taken more than three weeks to receive a replacement dvd player after many, many emails. The dvd works but the remote control does not. I am not shipping the dvd player back because of how long the previous process took. The shipping totaled more than the price of the dvd player.
