5 out of 5 stars Works as described   November 10, 2008
Router user
I am using the splitter with a Hauppauge 1600 card to split my cable signal to analog and digital as well as connect to the TV. It works without a problems and I have not noticed any reduction of the signal.

5 out of 5 stars Great Splitter   November 2, 2008
Girl Interrupted (Jersey City, NJ)
Great splitter. I split my cable into 3 rooms, each with a TV. The picture quality is just as good as that from the original Comcast 2-way splitter. They only down side is that when I screwed in the coaxial cable it's not as tight and snug as before. All in all, I can't complain too much.

4 out of 5 stars For $2?   October 26, 2008

My local cable company's splitters go up to 1000mHz (1gHz) and probably do a better job in the actual range that's used (usually under 900mHz I believe). I've noticed the left port has the best signal strength and they're not labeled differently like -3.5db vs. -7db splitter ports I've seen in other brands, so just keep that in mind if you have a "favorite" destination out of the three. All in all, can't really complain much about a $2 item. Does what it's supposed to.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Price, but not great for unpowered antenna   October 20, 2008
Robert Meade (Los Angeles, CA)
Great price for a splitter, but when I used an unpowered antenna as the source the signal was too weak to split 3 ways. I have had to use it as a 2 way splitter, and that seems to work OK.

5 out of 5 stars Great product   October 9, 2008
J. Waugh (Chicago, IL USA)
Works great. Used it to split my cable into two different items (two different TiVo's), one displaying HD. The output was fantastic, it works great. Highly recommended. (This had better output than the tap that the Comcast tech gave me.)
