Easy to mount. My husband and I used this with our new 42" flat screen and had it on the wall in 45 minutes. Just make sure you find the studs. We live in an old house and had trouble finding them, so we ran out, bought a $10 stud finder from Wal-Mart and boom...project done. Highly recommend.

My installer was very impressed with this mount - very heavy duty and has a great safety bar that slips thru the back and you can insert a padlock to prevent anyone being able to simply lift the tv off the wall to steal it -

I received the mount on the date promised. It was very easy to mount, was high quality material, and provided the ability to tilt the TV which was picking up a reflection from the lighting in the room and the tilt eliminated that. It's very sturdy and provides easy removal of the TV to add cables later. Additionally, the internet price was $50 below my local Circuit City store.
