CGA S002 Synergy Digital - similar battery - beware! November 28, 2008

I purchased their model CGA S002 for the panasonic FZ 10 in July 08. It worked fine at first. Checked it over Thanksgiving, no charge, couldn't get it out of camera because it had swollen tight. Finaly pried it out but afraid to put it on charger. Company website no help, contact email wouldn't go through. Guess I'm stuck but fortunately discovered the problem before it ruined the camera or exploded on the charger.
