THIS PRODUCT WORKS AS ADVERTISED. GREAT WAY TO SEE BROADCASE HDTV FOR FREE. THE SIGNAL STRENGTH IS CRITICAL AND THE TUNER NOT VERY SENSITIVE, SO KEEP THE ANTENNA NEAR A WINDOW AT ALL TIMES. SIGNALS VARY DRAMATICALLY WITHIN A ROOM. SOFTWARE IS EASY TO INSTALL AND UNDERSTAND.

hardware perfect, software is great but tricky to load media off network even after you figure out how to set it up

Of the 3 fairly new computers (one laptop and 2 desktops running amd sempron 3100+ and athlon 64 3500+) that I tried with, only the laptop worked with this thing.
However, the picture and sound don't really sync up. There is always a slight delay. You hear someone speak before you see the lips move. And the thing will sometime stop responding when you are changing channels.
After a few days fooling around with it, I gave up and returned it.
