Must Have Gotten A Bad One May 20, 2008
When I received the product intially, I was very excited it was light weight, had a nice size screen, and was compact enough to place in my pocket. But I never even got to fully use this product.The instructiion stated to charge the unit fully before use. So, I put it on the charge around 5:00 PM and let it charge overnight. The little battery came up to indicate that it was charging.The next day around 8:00 AM, I disconnected it from the computer and it still told me low battery, even though on the screen it displayed the battery charging. So, I call the manufacturing company, they told let it charge for another 8 hours. So I let it charge the remainder of the day and throughout the night. The next day I came in and it worked as long as it was connected to the computer. If I took the USB cord out of the computer, I could not get the player to come on. Also, when I tried to get the player to recognize my memory card it would get freeze up. So I called the manufacturing company again. They informed me to send it back to the company. I was really disappointed in this product.
