 Nice case..and they add a place for the stylus March 25, 2008
This is a nice case... most of the previous reviewers complain that there is no place for the stylus But it seems that archos have added a place for the stylus in the newer version of the case ...the only complain about the case is that there are no openings for the cables ..other then that it is well made ...recommended
Garmin Nuvi 750 March 22, 2008
I actually purchased this for the Garmin Nuvi 750 GPS device as I didn't like the other covers. It's a bit narrow on the sides, but works well for my needs. Well built, sturdy case and very attractive.

The case fits the archos snugly, but has a number of drawbacks.
1. There is no place for the stylus
2. although there is a headphone cutout that works well, there is no cutout for the speaker. Since it's advertised as a "stand case" I expected to be able to stand it & watch it. It doesn't stand well, and you can't hear the speaker through the leather.
3. A bottom cutout for the power/usb cord would have been a nice addition that was forgotten
Mostly without a holster for the stylus, I found this case mostly unusable. I ended up taking it out of the case every time I wanted to use it, and it was somewhat awkward to remove as well.

First off the hole for the audio jack was not big enough for a standard 1/8" jack. The jack barely fit into the hole, and any sudden movements
and the jack came halfway out (leaving a mono like sound to the external Amp).
As stated above, no flap (per say) for the data ports, I am always plugging in my Archos to put new media on it.
The quality of the case is great, and it protects the Archos very well, and I highly suggest picking one up to protect your Archos.

The only problem I have with this case is that for a woman it is no very conveinant to hook it on your belt, I wish it had another way to cary it, maybe even a strap. But as for the unit staying safe in it then its great and the unit fits very snugh in it and you dont have to worry about the unit falling out, just how to carry it around with it being to big to put in your pants pocket. But the unit that goes in it is wonderful and I would guess that it makes up for it.
