I don't know why most (if not all) manufacturers of MP3 players don't include wall chargers with their players. For me the hassle of charging the device through your computer is not very smart. I don't download or change my music/videos often enough to warrent plugging the unit to the computer every time it needs charging, so for me the Belkin charging kit was a must. It is very well designed for the task, and does exactly what it is supposed to do. This is the right way to recharge your SanDisk View!

Both wall and car chargers work fine. [Great value on Amazon (Official Sansa store price is $35, B&M stores $30, Amazon was just under $20)] Cheaper kits available, but was unsure if they might over/under charge or damage player. Since it is also sold on the Sansa store sight and carries "Made for Sansa" logo, this kit must be approved by Sandisk.

This product is definately a great deal. Low price with a lot to offer. It charges it in the home, car, and from the PC... plus tranfers music from the computer. I haven't yet used the car charger... but I plugged it in to make sure it fit- no problem.
