Product Description
The Transcend T.sonic 610 is a new generation of Flash MP3 player. This small device is more than a USB flash drive. It combines a USB flash drive with an MP3 player, AB repeater, voice recorder and an FM radio. The T.sonic 610 supports USB 2.0 to expedite exchanging huge amounts of data between any desktop or notebook computer. With the T.sonic, you can upload and download music files to and from a computer and then play the tracks on the device. Using the AB repeat function, you can continuously replay a designated section of a track. Also, you can record memos to yourself or from others using the digital recorder. With an FM radio built-in, you can always listen to your favorite radio station. The T.sonic 610 is a step above the usual MP3 player.

4 out of 5 stars Holy MP3 Player Batman!   February 29, 2008
This is an awesome little MP3 player! Quick and easy song transfer from computer to player. Long lasting battery. Small and compact, but screen is easy to read. Only bummer...you can not scroll/scan through playlists...you have to skip through each song to get to the particular song you want to listen to. Other than that though...it's a great little MP3 player, especially for the price!

4 out of 5 stars Great Gift   January 3, 2008
I bought this for my 24 year old son for christmas. He loves it. It is easy to download music. He likes the size and all the features this player has. As I read in other reviews of this product, the ear buds are not the best, they won't stay in his ears very well.He purchased a different pair, but a great player for the price. If you are wanting to spend about this much it is well worth it.

5 out of 5 stars I absolutely love mine   December 8, 2007

I did a lot of research into the different MP3 players before selecting this one almost a year ago. I wanted one that was small, had approximately 1-2 gigs of space and would be easy to use. It exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't trade it for a different mp3 player.

4 out of 5 stars easy to use MP3 player with many features   August 24, 2007
Nice MP3 player with many features. Easy to use. Only complaint is the volume doesn't go loud enough.

DIED AFTER 3 MONTHS!!

3 out of 5 stars Not that great...   August 17, 2007
I've been looking for an mp3 player other than an ipod for a really long time, and finally hopped upon this little one. Reading the reviews on Amazon, I truly expected more than I got.

The player itself seems ok. Music quality is good, but only if you get your own better headphones. Screen is perfectly functional, if a tad small. But there were some qualities that I did not particularly enjoy.

For example, to me the button felt really cheap. It moved around a lot, and I had to press it extra hard for it to do anything. Next, the menu itself is definitely nothing worth looking at. It was simply the same as you would have on your computer, with the same folders. The only difference was that on this one you needed to wait a minute for all your music to load up before you could press any buttons. Otherwise, you would just be back where you started.

Personally, I sent this one back, and am thinking of trying out a Zen.
