I can't tell you how the product was because it was never received. Unbeknownst to me, the vendor required a signature at delivery, and the delivery service managed to only come when no one was home. Despite numerous calls and emails, I was unable to coordinate with the vendor or the shipper and receive my item before it was shipped back. I sent this as a gift and was extremely disappointed in this turn of events.

Panasonic phones are tough and long lasting. After 10 years I finally replaced my old one with this one. Great cordless digital phone that is compact enough to place anywhere. I love the features that it's an alarm clock and has different rings set up for special phone calls.

Sleek and attractive. Good voice sound on the answering machine, clear and understandable. Very good range. I like it alot! It's definately worth the money spent on it.

This is the second unit I bought. I took them bought both to my mom and sister back in Jakarta, Indonesia. They work really good. We had to buy the right adaptors for them which are in 220 Volts. I believe this phone is the best phone I've ever come across with. Easy to use, charge it over night, put it contact numbers, and it is ready to roll. It has simple instructions to set the greeting. Wow, they really had fun setting it up. FYI, my mom and sister are not a tech type of person. Well, they dont even know how to send an e-mail. However, they didnt have problem to get used to it. The look is as great, sleek and clean. Overall, I really like this phone. You should get one :)
