 Serves its purpose, but changed color? August 16, 2008

Used this recently on a float trip in Montana... my husband and I both have this product for our cameras... after about three hours in and out of the river, the silicone changed color to a nasty yellowish green. It definitely gave our cameras that added protection that we wanted - but the stained color has remained - even after many attempts to clean & wash...

Really does a nice job of protecting my 850 SW.
Cons:
- You have to remove it to get to the battery/memory card and USB slots
- It picks up cat hair very easily

This is perfect for the olympus camera to keep it from getting scratched. The camera is nice but the finish on the camera will definitely be ruined if not protected. This cover is easy to slip on and easy to slip off. It would be nice if it came in the colors of the camera. It was worth the money which was not a lot to keep the camera protected.
