I bought this cartridge for my mom's printer and it didn't work at all. A new one from Staples did the job. I will be contacting this company for a refund.

This ink cartridge is recommended for my printer. The price was less than that of office supply stores and most discount stores. In addition, shipping through Amazon was free. The product arrived quickly and in good condition. I will very likely purchase replacement cartridges in the future in this fashion.

I thought about going generic ... but Brother has not disappointed me. The life of these cartridges outlast HP, Dell, Lexmark, and Epson. Well worth the few extra bucks.

FOR WHAT IT COSTS..THESE CARTRIDGES SHOULD LAST LONGER THAN THEY DO. THE MACHINE IS GREAT BUT I'VE ALMOST SPENT AS MUCH ON THE INK AS I DID ON THE ACTUAL SYSTEM! BROTHER..WHAT'S UP WITH THAT???
