Working great for me. January 5, 2008 A. Algarin (Tampa, FL USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm wondering if other reviewers that had the band break on them wore the headphones with the band going around the top of their head. I've been wearing them with the band behind my head just off my shoulders. Gives the most comfortable fit and sound quality- I think it may be how they are designed to fit. The headphones work very well too. For those considering buying these, it will help if you don't have a big ole man head like Barry Bonds. Should work well for women and average sized men when worn with the band behind the neck. Rock on!
Good headphones for a year and a half December 10, 2007 wcdaniels (Mt. Morris, MI United States) I don't know why so many people have a problem with these. They have worked perfectly for me. I've had mine since June 2006, and they work great. The sound quality is very good, and the range is very good. I've used them up to about 20 feet away and still had clear sound. I've also never had a problem with cracking. With a 7 3/4 head, it definitely gets some stress, but no sign of cracking at all. The only problem I have with these is the weight. After wearing them for a while, you definitely feel it. That's the only thing keeping me from using these every day. If I'm going to be listening for a long time, I'll use my earbuds. But if I'm keeping it to around an hour or so, the Logitech headphones work just fine. As soon as we get some ultralight stereo bluetooth earbuds, I'll switch, but until that day, these work just fine. I think I've more than gotten my money's worth.
i kind of like them!!! November 28, 2007 Bernardo Torres (USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The shipping was amazing it only took 2 days to arrive!!! The headset is cool the problem is that when i tried to put the adapter to the ipod with the cover on it didnt want to get in so i had to use the silicone cover that help me put on the adapter, but for better use is to not use any cover at all!!! it is kind of great because when i tried moving far away from the adapter the connection with the adapter it sort of loses connection!! But i still like it cuz i regurlary put my ipod in my backpack and i hear a perfect sound from the headset, so i am glad that i dont have to suffer the wires anymore!!
Good for the gym, but a little tight November 22, 2007 Ed Perkins (Maitland, FL) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I purchased this unit a few weeks ago from one of Amazon's 3rd party vendors. I got a very good deal, but the trade-off was that it came in a bag with no instructions. I went to the Logitech website and got things going. The pros: 1) No wires, and the batteries last about 7 hours (I tried using them all day at work) 2) The sound is good enough. (I had been using a Shure e3, which finally broke for good out of warranty). This unit is not near as loud or as bassy as the Shure, but they don't fall off while I'm on the treadmill either. 3) Worked well for watching TV in private. The cons: 1) Seems to need it's own bluetooth transmitter. My Powerbook bluetooth connected but the sound was so scratchy and bad that it was unusuable. Plug in the supplied transmitter and everything was fine. 2) The headband is not adjustable and my ear feels bruised after wearing them for an hour. The time I wore them all day at work won't be repeated. The headband is almost a dealbreaker. If it wasn't for that, I'd be using these headphones all the time. 3) The unit is kind of like those watches that use one button for multiple purposes. The button on each part does something different depending on how long you hold down the button. After a couple of days I got the hang of of, but the button on the transmitter is so small, that I have to stop doing anything but holding the button down to turn it off. Overall, I'd say wireless on a treadmill is worth the ear bruising. I can't count how many times I've accidentally hit the cord with my arm and sent my iPod flying across the room. I like to watch videos on it while on the treadmill and the bluetooth headphones make that a pleasant experience instead of constantly trying to watch the cord. People with larger heads need to know in advance that these will be tight on your ears.
