The phone is good but-- I really miss the indicator on the answering machine telling me how many new calls I have. My old Panasonic phone had that.
My biggest complaint is the orange "charging light" on the handset. If you have any desire to use this as a bedside phone and like to sleep in a dark room- DON'T GET THIS PHONE! The solid orange light is annnoying enough but if you haven't listened to all your messages before going to bed, it flashes. So then I have to sit up put on my glasses, figure out the unintuitive menu and listen to some politician's message. By that time, I am irritated at the phone and wide awake!!! I end up putting it in the night stand drawer many nights.
The phone quality is good although sometimes I can hear an echo of what I am saying which is weird. And I love having the same phone all throught the house so if I carry the upstairs phone down, I don't have to spend a long time looking for it since I can just grab another handset.
 Cordless phones August 13, 2008
We like the cordless phone system. It is very handy to have four phones. We don't always understand what the caller id voice announcement is saying (especially when you have entered a name into the phone book), but it is a nice feature.
 Great Phone System with no Interference to Wireless Router! August 13, 2008
I was going to purchase another Panasonic phone system but the technical review on it did not state it was compatible with wireless routers like the DECT 6.0 review did. Not a problem at all and the talking caller ID is a really great feature. There are so many things I could mention about this phone system but it would take an hour so I suggest you do what I did before I made this purchase and go to the Panasonic website and download the PDF manual http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/KXTG9331.PDF (free 3.3 Mb) and check out the features this phone system has like Auto Talk (answers when phone removed from base) etc. Hope this helps

I bought these as replacements for a similar style 2.8 GHZ phone that was just giving out because it was a few years old. The Panasonic is a great phone with so many extra features (talking caller ID, programming when the phone doesn't ring, alarm clock, etc). I don't use half the features - but they're great to have just in case. Phones work fantastic, and the price was great too (I paid $102 total which included shipping). Highly recommend.
Great Product August 12, 2008
I had a Panasonic cordless phone that died a year ago after 4 years of great service. I opted for a GE, which was a bad mistake. It hardly worked at all with zero battery power before its year's end. I threw it away and opted for this Panasonic package. It works perfectly, crystal clear, and carries for a long distance away from the base. It is very nice to have 3 phones throughout the house and 1 more for use in my husband's shop. I never have to miss a call trying to find a phone! Panasonic is a great brand and I highly recommend these phones.
