Beware - Not as described!! October 3, 2008 Hummingbirds (USA) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
While this product works fine, it was not what I purchased! So watch out! What is shown in the photos is a 16GB TRANSCEND SDHC card, in a nice little protective case, PLUS a TRANSCEND SDHC Reader -- packaged together, by Transcend. What I received was a 16 GB Transcend SDHC card by itself -- not even with the case for it!, and some cheap, made-in-China no-name (DigitalMatex?) reader in a separate pack. I feel I paid too much for this card, based on the fact that not only did it not include the shown protective case, but I did not even get the Transcend brand reader that was meant to go with it! Very deceptive. Watch out.
Very Affordable works with Canon PowerShot S3 IS October 3, 2008 Shatin Rai (Denver) It's really great to have a 16GB SDHC card along with a USB reader at a very affordable price! I've a Canon PowerShot S3 IS camera and so far both the Transcend 16GB SDHC card and the USB reader for the card seem to work fine. However, both the card and card reader came in separate packages. The USB card reader is made by DigitalMatex (not Transcend) and it seems to be a pretty tight fit for the SDHC card. It scares me to use it too often for the fear of damaging the SDHC card.
Absolutely indispensible September 30, 2008 S. J. Hutchison (Oregon) I got this to supplement the storage on my ASUS Eee-900 PC, which already had 20GB of internal solid-state "disk", only 16GB of which was free, the rest being taken up by Linux and other software. With solid-state memory, more is always better.
16 GB Transcend SDHC Card September 30, 2008 CU Buff 92 (Houston, TX) This product has HUGE!!! memory capacity. What a treasure to be able to use the USB port and slide the card in. I will never run out of space for pictures or videos with this baby. An extremely affordable price. I LOVE IT!!!
Functional Memory Card September 30, 2008 TechnologyDependant (Northeast Indiana) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This memory card was purchased for use with a Nokia N800 Internet Tablet. It was shipped promptly by Amazon. There was no problem with installation and has been no problem with use. It provides adequate memory for the way I use the N800.
