I received this as a gift. when it worked the first 4 times, it seemed okay. The fifth time, it would not start up and load all the way. It loads to 90% of the software and freezes. Nextar is aware of the problem but will do nothing to assist in solving it. It is 6 months old. Their site has no upgrades for maps for over 3 years on this and has none available at all to date. Upon contacting them, they pretty much said I am out of luck and money. This is a common problem with no fix. I can use no aspect of the GPS wich includes the mp3 player because the system is frozen. This company has left me lost with their GPS.
