Mic is not sensitive/clear November 30, 2008 A. Joseph Headphone was good. However the mic didn't give a clear audio. Many on the phone could not make out what I was saying. Finally bought another headphone. Not using this anymore.
Works, but not particularly comfortable November 18, 2008 O. Austegard (MD, USA) This is a basic headset that does pretty much what you expect it to. It's quite clear, but I found the fit somewhat uncomfortable - YMMV. And not that it matters, but is this really made by Plantronics? It looks as generic as the headphones you get on an airline and it carries no markings other than "T100"... Also, while the statement "Long Cord Lets You Walk Away From The Phone While Still Wearing Your Head" is hopefully correct, I wouldn't try walking too far while still wearing the HEADSET - the non-coiled part of the cord is only about 4 feet. So you can stand, turn around, but not walk...
Works great, but be careful which T100 you buy October 21, 2008 G. Litwinski (Midland, MI United States) I use a Plantronics T100 headset with a Cisco 7960 phone and it works GREAT. On my recommendation, some colleagues bought the same headset model for use with the same phone model, on eBay, and none of them work. Their headsets bear the T100 model name and look EXACTLY like mine. EXACTLY. (Their headsets do not work on my phone, either. My headset works on their phones.) There seems to be several "flavors" of the T100 headset and some work on the Cisco 7960 (and other Ciscos) and some do not. You cannot tell by appearance. I think you have to go by the vendor's word as to whether their flavor of T100 works with Cisco phones or not. This is a ridiculous situation, but it is reality.
A must have October 16, 2008 Michael Vatter (Dubai.UAE) If you`re on the phone a lot like I you need to have those. For this money they are unbeatable. Had much more expensive ones and after 3 or 4 months they broke. Clear sound , extremly lite and for this price a must have. Fast delievery and first class service.
