I find Plantronics equipment the best for sound quality and reliability. You can't go wrong with many of their products and their replacement parts. This Headset was no different.

I received the product in a timely manner. Based on the description and the other info available to me I expected the plug to be a different type, which it was not so it was not useful to me.

I tried to reach the vendor to return and could not get anyone live on the phone, only email. Their return policy is horrible and very inconvenient. I will never buy anything through this vendor again.

Chances are I will never purchase anything other than books through Amazon ever again.
