Amazon.com Product Description Designed for use with any cordless phone possessing a standard 2.5 mm jack, Panasonic's KX-TCA92 is an excellent way for you to talk hands-free while you work. Its boom-style microphone adjusts to an optimum level for your mouth and cancels solid-state background noise for cleaner transmissions. The KX-TCA92 is reversible--you may wear it on either ear--and it uses a comfortable, lightweight design and offers a 4-foot cord so you'll enjoy nearly unfettered movement while wearing it. What's in the Box Headset, a user's guide, and warranty information.

Great Item July 5, 2008 WOrks fine with panasonic phone I bought. Turns out though the phones work great in speaker mode. they dont make u sound like ur in a tunnel or a noisey room so I didnt really need to get this headset.
Need folding over-head headset? This is best I've found. July 4, 2008 If you need an over-the-head portable headset or need one that puts the boom mic right in front of your mouth, this is the best I've found. It could fold smaller, it could be a little louder (and deliver a little louder speech into the connected phone), and those improvements would be nice. But short of those, this is the best I've found.
TERRIBLE PRODUCT - EVEN WORSE SERVICE June 26, 2008 This thing is a turd.
Issue #1: Bad Design. I can hear the conversation fine. Callers report that my voice seems muffled. Two different units have stopped working all together because of a short at the earpiece.
Issue: #2: Stone-Age Warrantee. They are covered by a 90 day warrantee. You will need to send them to Texas, AT YOUR EXPENSE, and then they may send you a refurbished item as a replacement.
Issue #3: Panasonic's customer service policy is the worst in the industry. I had a similar issue with a Belkin product and they shipped me a new device the next day, no questions asked. I think Plantronics has a better policy too.
Panasonic, get with the program.
PS. If I could have rated with zero stars, I would have.
Decent headset for the price June 21, 2008 This headset, used with a cell phone, works pretty well. The sound quality is good, though I wish the volume could be increased more. I use it at the maximum volume setting and when there is noise around me it becomes difficult to hear. The people I speak to say that they can hear me clearly with no problem.
Used this for years June 18, 2008 I have had this for about four years now. It is very comfortable and sounds great. I just ordered another one because the side earpiece fell off of my old one. I can't stand making calls now without using it. I would definitely recommend this.
