This came in from japan and was both reman. ink was not as pictured showed it to be and as other review I am now having problems with printer showing low on ink and also wrong ink cart. and this happened ater 2 days of being in printer.

On or about May 19, I submitted a review on the above referenced ink cartridges, to the effect that we were very dissatisfied with the quality of the colored ink cartridge. We printed some photos which had to be thrown out as they were too dark - as though the cartridge was dispensing too much ink? Plus, 2 days later, we again had the window appear stating we were low on ink! We had previously used HP cartridges, which worked very well. In my previous communication, I asked for a reason for this problem and what could be done? To date, I have received no reply. Would appreciate one! Thank you. Marlene Baughn
