We are a Canadian non-profit which drop ships our purchased products to a mailbox in Blaine WA. We qualify for free shipping on '1-click' and the supplier indicated shipping was included. It was a single item so there should have been no complications (we thought). Before we realized what was going on and could cancel the order we were charged shipping AND TAXES!!!! Whose deceit or screwup was this? Amazon's or the supplier? How can we qualify for free shipping and then have to pay it? Who added the taxes?
