| Customer Reviews:
Yeah... March 3, 2008 Mario A. Grillo Except for the mount, pretty bitchin'(see prior review). Full, warm, with enough detail to satisfy. I will probably buy another. I used it on sax and it sounds great. I put superglue on the threads and will see how that holds up. Highly recommended(sound and value wise). Mag
Great Mic - not so great mount February 14, 2007 Ben Henny 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've been using this to record voice for a few months, and it's great. I have no complaints. It sounds as good as a $400+ mic. The trouble I had was with the mount. The included mount screws into the bottom of the mic, but the threads on the mic only allow maybe two threads, so if you screw it on tight, you're likely to strip the threads, as I did. I returned it for a new one. The mic is great, but the mounting mechanism is not great. If you use a shock mount, you won't have this trouble - I might go that route. Don't waste your money on mics between this one and $1000. You won't hear the difference.
