HISONIC HS-707 VHF wireless lapel / headset microphone is excellent for camcorder use with the included bonus stereo cable and stereo adapter. Not like the FM type systems that you might find elsewhere, this VHF wireless microphone system is crystal controlled for no drift performance in the VHF 200+ MHz. Its frequency spectrum is far away from the FM radio stations that may bleed into the FM wide modulation units. The ideal use for this system with a camcorder typically would be recording a speaker who is too distant for the camcorder's own internal microphone to pick up clearly enough. In this case the speaker would use the small clip on lapel microphone (or the headset microphone) and the belt pack transmitter to transmit his voice to the mini receiver which would be plugged into the camcorder's 1/8" MIC jack. With the included STEREO cable and STEREO adapter for CAMCORDER use, the sound from the wireless microphone will be recorded on BOTH left and right channels of the soundtrack on the video recording. This product was shipped to me with missing parts. I called Kaito to report this, they apologized and stated that they would send the missing parts right away. I received the missing parts 9 days after they supposedley shipped them. Long story short, they lied to me twice and shipped the parts 5 days late. Very unsatisfied. Use caution with this company.
