I can't wear these headphones for more than a half hour without needing to take them off for my sore ears to recover. The fit is just extremely uncomfortable for me, and they cannot be adjusted for a better fit. The sound is fine, so if they fit you they should be an ok product. But for me, they are essentially impossible to wear for more than a few songs at a time. Sony offers a much better product for a smaller price.
