Works good. July 20, 2008 Jroc (MD) This really helped me. I didnt really want to get a Y splitter adapter; then I woulda had to figure out which ends I wanted to be male and female. This made it a lot simpler. Those that have a subwoofer with left and right jacks, u can hear the difference when using just left or right vs. something like this. So get this or a Y splitter adapter.
Great price, great product June 25, 2008 E. Wilhelm (Los Angeles, CA) Product received (very quickly!) exactly as described. Great seller, would do business with again!
Nice cable March 12, 2008 A. V. Smith 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is actually a Radio Shack brand cable according to the plastic box it came in. Quick delivery.
Most People will Not Need This Product January 13, 2008 Nathan Phillips (Newport News, VA USA) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
This cable is only helpful if you have a really old receiver or subwoofer because it is the wrong type to use in modern home theater systems. I would not buy this product again and still have it in the original packaging. The manual that came with my receiver advised against using this type of cable so instead I used the cable that came with my subwoofer. However if you do need the cable it is simply a radio shack cable that was sent from a catalog electronics retailer, don't worry they will also send you a catalog.
Well worth it, even with a defect January 10, 2008 Ted (Long Island, NY) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This was an good deal at $15 for 4 delivered. I replaced 3 sub cables that were going to amps with only the left (mono)input cable in them. It increased the signal strength and gave a much more solid connection. As a matter a fact, these were not easy to push on all the way. It took so much force, I had to be careful not to break anything. I knocked down a star for this reason. Other than that, these work great! Quality-wise, these are a solid medium grade. That's a HUGE step up from your standard red/white rca connections. I tried daisy chaining cheap ones together from sub to sub and the last few wouldn't work at all. That's how I found out sub cables really do matter. I'm very happy with this purchase.
