This item arrived very quickly and was very easy to install. The instructions (a single page) only have pictures, but I found it fairly easy to follow... I had everything together and installed within 30 minutes. The tray is sturdy and is good quality and easy to adjust. I have a VERY small desk and this keyboard tray fit in perfectly! A great buy for the money!

The tray was delivered overnight. I find it comfortable and sturdy. I didn't install it myself, so I don't know if it's hard to install, but I didn't hear any complaints from my husband, so I assume it was OK!
